Hardly a day goes by without an announcement about another initiative to reduce plastic waste. This is great news. Plastic has revolutionised so many areas of modern life. It is long lasting and virtually indestructible. Great characteristics in many respects. But too much plastic waste is also currently ending up in our oceans, landfill, even our food. It is widely accepted that we need to find alternatives where we can and get better at recycling it where we cannot. But what are the alternatives? How about shampoo in a bar?
