The focus for the 2018 national waste saving campaign will be food waste and packaging, with a range of NEW curriculum linked resources to support the activity. The Pod is EDF Energy’s award winning digital schools programme. WWF Earth Hour 2018

Hundreds of millions of people around the planet take part in WWF’s Earth Hour every year. Last year around 9 million took part in the UK alone. People do a wide range of things around the hour to show they care about our planet’s future. Millions choose to mark Earth Hour by going ‘lights out’ for 60 minutes at 8.30pm – a symbolic show of solidarity for the planet.   #EarthHourUK
